The Cadalian Sector is a theoretical sector of space, which is east/south east of the Xi Sector, and south of the Republic and Cetian Sectors. It is possibly reachable from the Cetian Sector. The ERS Medusa has traveled into this sector from the Xi Sector, using a special ground-based hyperspace organ at Zeta Tucanae. Cadalia and its star are known to be 20 ly from this point, presumably "east" or southeast of Zeta Tucanae. There are currently no known portals between the Republic Sector and Cadalian space, though Altair may be a candidate for a portal to this sector.
